Elkin Creek Vineyard is excited to introduce our long- anticipated Wine Club. There will be a limit of only 50 members for the 2008 year. Members will take advantage of great discount opportunities for wine as well as dining at the Kitchen at Elkin Creek. Get invited to special functions and free wine tasting.

There is no fee to join — just a commitment to buy a minimum of (1) one case of wine a year, plus shipping. Become a member of our family and share in our love of great wine, exceptional food and a passion for life.

	Automatic quarter-annual shipment of (3) three bottles of Elkin Creek selected wine (one case annually).
	Free wine tasting for yourself and a guest upon each visit to our tasting room.
	10% discount on full purchase of 12 bottles or more.
	Invitations to members-only events such as tasting dinners, chef/winemaker seminars, barrel tasting, cooking classes and more!
	Member discount on booking for your private events, weddings, birthdays or corporate functions at Elkin Creek Vineyard and Restaurant.

Terms and Conditions: • Members agree to a one-year membership commitment of quarter-annual packages (four packages of three bottles a year). • Members may cancel after one year, but cancellation request must be submitted in writing. • Membership will automatically renew each year unless notice is received in writing. • Members will be notified by email prior to shipping of amount charged to credit card on file and expected delivery date. • Members retain the option to pick up their wine at the tasting room rather than having it shipped. (Please note this option must be indicated on the wine club application).

Cellar Release Party
Saturday, Oct. 25

This extraordinary party will introduce the club member to next years wine straight from the barrel. Wine maker Mark Greene will give an inside look into the techniques and mechanics of the wine making process and bottling. Mark will also take questions from the club on his methods and any general wine making inquiries. A fantastic array of food will be presented and wine club members will be able to tank, barrel taste and purchase next years vintage from Mark himself before they are released.

Tree Lighting Celebration
Saturday, Dec. 6

Come help us decorate our tree and celebrate the holidays with the annual lighting of the Elkin Creek Christmas tree. Free gifts for young children, hot homemade cider and pizzelle cookies and house dipped caramel apples complementary to club members.  A limited menu will also be offered for purchase.

Additional Functions

Elkin Creek Vineyard will update all members with a number of additional exciting functions we are planning for next year. Including, limited wine and beer pairing dinners, cooking classes with Chef Benjamin Craig Vance and wine making and vineyard hands on workshops with winemaker Mark Greene.
