MOUNTAIN LAUREL WEDDING
($5,500)

At the confluence of two bold creeks and just downstream of a quaint grist mill from the 1800’s, many vows have been exchanged by couples from as far away as the West Coast.  Along with your guests, your vows will be witnessed  by dogwoods, ferns and various wood animals; an occasional duck or goose, all to the background of the water passing over the century old rocks; a true example of man in tune with nature.  With awe inspiring views, Elkin Creek Vineyard will provide a gracious and natural setting for your special day.  We can accommodate up to 150 guests using both indoor and outdoor settings. 

Included in the fee are the following:

1.  Use of the grounds of Elkin Creek Vineyard with your choice of the  Barrel Room, the Amalfi Room, the Olde Grist Mill Waterfall setting, the hill-top Vineyard setting overlooking the valley or the covered porch for a period of five (5) hours. (11a.m.–4 p.m. or 6 p.m.–11 p.m.).

2.  Indoor use of twelve (12) 36” tables and fifty (50) wooden dining chairs.

3.  Use of up to 150 folding chairs.

4.  Adequate Elkin Creek attendants to ensure that your very special day has a personal touch and that your every need is quickly and efficiently provided.

5.  Use of the facilities prior to your wedding date for a one (1) hour wedding rehearsal.  Please contact your Elkin Creek Wedding Assistant to schedule your rehearsal.

6.  Use of the vineyard facilities prior to or after your wedding date for one photography session with your photographer.

7.  For parties over 50 people, transportation to and from our designated parking area.

RHODODENDRON WEDDING
($3,500)

The facilities at Elkin Creek readily accept parties of up to 50 guests comfortably in the upper Amalfi dining room of the winery.  Formerly a fine dining restaurant, the natural and rustic atmosphere casts a warm and romantic glow around all those that chose to join the festivities. Your very special day can begin by the creek and gradually culminate in the Amalfi room. 

Included in the fee are the following:

1.  Use of the grounds of Elkin Creek Vineyard with your choice of the  Barrel Room, the Amalfi Room, the Olde Grist Mill Waterfall setting, the hilltop Vineyard setting overlooking the valley or the covered porch for a period of five (5) hours. (11 a.m –4 p.m. or 6 p.m.–11 p.m.).

2.  Indoor use of twelve (12) 36´dining tables, fifty (50) wooden chairs and two (2) 6’ tables.

3.  Use of the covered porch, table and chairs.

4.  Up to Fifty (50) chairs for set-up at the wedding area.

5.  Adequate attendants to ensure that your very special day has a personal touch and that your every need is quickly and efficiently provided.  Please contact your Elkin Creek Wedding Assistant for information of attendant duties.

6.  Use of the facilities prior to your wedding date for a one (1) hour wedding rehearsal.  Please contact your Elkin Creek Wedding Assistant to schedule your rehearsal.

IVY WEDDING

Included in the fee is the following:

1.  Two (2) hours use of Elkin Creek area. (11a.m. to 1p.m. or 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.).

2.  Adequate attendants to assist you and insure that your wedding is enjoyable.  For information on the attendant’s responsibilities, contact your Elkin Creek Vineyard Wedding Assistant. 

3.  For parties over 50 people, transportation to and from our designated parking area.
