Established in 2000, Elkin Creek Vineyard bottled their first vintage in the fall of 2005. The winery overlooks Elkin Creek and the century old Elkin Creek Mill. The vineyards are comprised of five lush acres of Merlot, Sangiovese, Syrah and Viognier.

PINOT GRIGIO
Your first sip will conjure memories of warm Tuscan afternoons and the luscious hills of this world famous wine region. This wine holds great acidity, creating a crisp and tropical fruit experience on the palate.
CHARDONNAY
The butterscotch flavors touched by exquisite French oak impart a crisp, flavorful and refreshing blend. These still young vines show superb potential and ring true of the variety character. This wine pairs well with rich fish such as salmon and fresh pastas.
SANGIOVESE
A variety that embodies the old world of wine making, with new world style. This wine maintains a balance between fresh fruit qualities and soft unrestricting tannins.
ROSSA
A delightful blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera; perfectly balanced with soft tannins and red fruits. It’s full body and firm flavors make it a dinner wine that will match well with meat, pizza and pasta.
DESSERT WINE
This fruit wine blended with Sangiovese boasts an assertive pallet. Sweet pomegranate and raspberries are balanced by a fair amount of acid making the wine “stand” in the pallet. Enjoy with cheese course or cheese cake.
SOFT WHITE
Our first semi-sweet offering, this wine is one hundred percent Yadkin Valley Niagara grape, producing an explosive fresh muscadine nose with balanced fruit throughout. Ideal for spicy pairings but also quite remarkable by itself.
LIGHTS UP!
Our ‘Lights Up’ is a 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon that expresses fruitiness with light tannins coming together to create a distinctive wine that is ready to drink, reminiscent of the French “Nouveau Beaujolais”
