Established in 2000, Elkin Creek Vineyard bottled their first vintage in the fall of 2005. The winery overlooks Elkin Creek and the century old Elkin Creek Mill. The vineyards are comprised of six lush acres of Merlot, Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet Sauvignon and Viognier.

SOFT WHITE
The second vintage of our immensely popular Niagara wine comes a bit less sweet than last year’s, but remains crisp and cool with balanced fruitiness This wine is ideal for a hot summer day or with spicier offerings. $18
CHARDONNAY
The butterscotch flavors touched by exquisite French oak impart a crisp, flavorful and refreshing blend. These still young vines show superb potential and ring true of the variety character. This wine pairs well with rich fish such as salmon and fresh pastas. $18
FAMILY RESERVE
This blend of one hundred percent estate Merlot and Syrah with a touch of Viognier starts with pronounced notes of red fruit and light oak on the nose, is smooth on the palate, and has a pleasant, lingering finish. $27
ROSSA
A delightful blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah; perfectly balanced with soft tannins and red fruits. It’s full body and firm flavors make it a dinner wine that will match well with meat, pizza and pasta. $15
RESERVE CABERNET
Made from the rest of the juice that comprised our
early-bottled “Light’s Up” Cabernet, this wine has notes
of vanilla and cassis on the nose, with pleasant dryness
and astute oak. $36
