Elkin Creek Vineyard was created as a labor of love and beginning in 2001 from Mark Greene's vision. After purchasing the century-old mill, he and his wife planted the vineyard and built the winery/restaurant with help from a few friends and his five children.

It is currently transitioning to the care of the new owners and caretakers. These two couples — the Jeroslow and the White families — found each other through their experience working for the theatrical sensation Blue Man Group and discovered Elkin Creek Vineyard when the Whites married there in 2008. It is a dream come true to be hand-picked by Mr. Greene to care for and nurture this magical place.
